Translate into Dutch

Hi, I want to translate the theme in Dutch. I opened themes\coeur\framework\languages\en.po and change a few words and saved as nl.po.
But, nothing happens when refreshing site.
Just to make sure I also added define (‘WPLANG’, ‘nl_NL’); to wpconfig.php.

What next?
