Translate image ALT

You can use

$alt_text = apply_filters( 'the_title', '{:en}Red{:}{:ar}????{:}{:it}Rosso{:}' );
echo $alt_text;

to get appropriate alt text

I have lot of picture to translate, for exemple :
Am using {:en}Red{:}{:ar}????{:}{:it}Rosso{:} to traduct title of page
why I cant use {:en}Red{:}{:ar}????{:}{:it}Rosso{:} into image title ? normaly with qtranslate-x is possible.
