    Hi!

We have a german blog and like this plugin!

The only thing is, that the fields “Comment Rules”, “Characters”, “Words” etc. are static and in english.

Is it possible to translate the field names so that the user sees the info-line in his language?

    Regards
    Frank

I did some research, found the .pot file and already some other language translations. So I have translated in german with POEDIT and generated a de_DE file.

It works fine for the backend, but in the comment-section of a WP-post are still the english strings:

    Comment Rules?Characters:?0?Words:?0?Word Limit:?150?Comments Remaining: 2

When my developer is available, we will look at this. Please email your PO file to contact(at)artiosmedia(dot)com. Thanks!

Greetings @thomsenf, My developer has updated the plugin to version 1.1.7, which remedies the static text and includes a German translation PO file.

Any donation from the main plugin page on the right would be helpful, under the title “Donate”. I had to pay $80 USD out of pocket for these changes, additions, and updates.

    Thanks!

Sorry, missed you post from 1 wee ago. Plugin works fine now, I will send the donation right away!

The automated translation had some mistakes, here’s my correction in the PO:

    Thanks again!

Okay, thanks @thomsenf. The revised PO and MO have been updated.

Please leave review if you think about it. The plugin has so few.

    Thanks!

Hi! Words = W?rter. In MO and PO it looks correct. Could you please check again ??

Hello, @thomsenf, looks like a coding error in the plugin which does not link to pull the correct word, where “Words” and “W?rter” are resident in the PO file. Passing this along to the developer to look at.

Hello, @thomsenf, the developer provided me the fix and I have updated to 1.1.9. Hopefully the one missed translated word is corrected. Thanks.

Yes, is correct now. Thank you!
