translate complianz banner usign wpml

Hi @jckmntn,

The consent banner indeed takes the default language. Could you try saving the banner and see if the strings are registered? If you didn’t change the text, it might be you should look at the Italian translation of the English string.

As I see the Italian strings on the front-end, they should be somewhere..

I found it with some others strings that must be translated, those strings are showing in english the italian text. How can I get the default english text in it?

Seems the problem is related to the default language setted in WP settings.
When I installed the Complianz plugin my default lang was Italian, then I installed the WPML plugin to translate the website and I don’t know why my Wp UI passed from italian to english even if the italian is setted as default lang.

So now in the banner settings I can see the italian default text, but it put it in the english lang of my website. The workaround is to change all this default text to the english ones but it should be better if I can load the default english text the Complianz plugin normally generates.
