The following text displays when I attempt to make edits to my website pages.

“The backup of this post in your browser is different from the version below. Restore the backup.
The qTranslate Editor has disabled itself because it hasn’t been tested with your WordPress version yet. This is done to prevent WordPress from malfunctioning. You can reenable it by clicking here (may cause data loss! Use at own risk!). To remove this message permanently, please update qTranslate to the corresponding version.

The box that displays my text is blank however there is an HTML version above the empty text box. I wouldn’t have known that there was text in there due to the text being the color white. When I DISABLE “qtranslate” I am able to view the text but the website titles are scrambled and disorganized. When “qtranslate” is ENABLED, the titles on my website are correct but I can’t see any text within each page to make edits.

    Please help!

I have problems with the editor. Texts and pictures aren’t displaying into the editor… to show it, I have to edit my post in the HTML version…

With no help or response from the developer, I have resolved my issue.

    Line 90, add
    (‘QT_SUPPORTED_WP_VERSION’, ‘3.8’)

Hope this helps anyone who runs into the same issue. It sure did the trick
    for me.

Sorry add that information in qtranslate.php

    Works fine indeed, thanks!

I don’t mind the warning, but once is enough. So once you click on “enable” the plugin shouldn’t keep disabling itself in my opinion.

That’s the one thing I don’t like about this great plugin.

It was causing a number of issues for me. However, this solved it all.
