I try to translate this sentence to Dutch:

“If you have shopped with us before, please enter your details below. If you are a new customer, please proceed to the Billing & Shipping section”.

I found cartflows.pot, created cartflows-nl_NL.po and cartflows-nl_NL.mo from it, found the string and translated it to Dutch.

I uploaded the files to wp-content/languages/plugins but I didn’t see my translation at the checkout page. I tried other locations for the files but couldn’t get it to work.

I also searched the knowledge base, but there is nothing about translation there.

How can I translate Cartflows to Dutch?

If you have placed the translated files in the language folder of your site then you need to change the site language to dutch. Have you made that change?

If it still not helping then you can use the Loco Translate or TranslatePress plugins to simplify the process and translate the strings.
