    Yes, it should. That’s a core WordPress detail there and we don’t do anything special regarding those processes.

    We’re basically just a bunch of UI that collects the arguments used for register_post_type() and register_taxonomy() and let WordPress handle the rest of everything, including hooks around post statuses and states
