    How can I stop AMP transients from being recreated even after I deleted this plugin?

    I completely uninstalled (deleted) the AMP plugin over 1 week ago. I still have 4 transients remaining so I deleted them manually, but they continue to be recreated after I delete them even though I have completely removed the AMP plugin. (I have also deleted any remaining AMP options). How can I stop these transients from being recreated?

    The 4 transients begin like this:

    _transient_amp_remote_request_
    _transient_timeout_amp_remote_request_

    _transient_amp-parsed-stylesheet-v34-
    _transient_timeout_amp-parsed-stylesheet-v34-

    Hello @isabel104

    We are unable to reproduce this issue at our end.

    You may try to run the following SQL queries if you can access your database at your own risk.

    To view AMP transient

    SELECT * FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE "%transient%" AND option_name LIKE "%amp%";

    To delete AMP transient

    DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE "%transient%" AND option_name LIKE "%amp%";

    just want to confirm if you have provided complete site info as we don’t see theme details, Also please note that the Web Stories plugin utilizes some aspects of the AMP plugin so it may create AMP transients.

    Feel free to submit your complete site info using this form and we will happy to investigate.
