Transient Errors After Restore

    This all started when I accidentally deleted a configured plugin that mysteriously disabled itself. I was going through (foolishly without looking) to fully delete all the plugins I wasn’t using. After realizing I accidentally deleted a code-snippet plugin I restored all my plugins using Updraft Plus. The restore was successful but now I have strange transients with my plugins.

    For instance, several plugins I HAVE NOT disabled are now “Inactive.” So when I go to reactivate them, they “activate” and show up as active, but when I refresh the whole plugins page the “Inactive (5)” link shows up again as if I never re enabled them.
