Trans.gif can't be found- (necessary file?).

I believe this plugin calls trans.gif (which can’t be found as I use a cdn and the .gif isn’t up there)
So in the waterfall view as my page loads- there is a delay as the trans.gif is sought
I assume this is a tracking thing of some kind.Is it necessary?
