Transform "tip_title" in H2

    Hi,

    We have made updation in plugin to allow HTML characters in Tip Title too.
    Please download latest version 1.9 and add tags <h2> to title
    e.g. <h2>Your Tip Title</h2>

    You can also change the class tip_title for desired output
