transform theme made using twentyten to twentyeleven

Hi All,

I am using this theme https://wpclassic.com/demo/?themedemo=distant-dawn as base theme for my upcoming site. This theme is based on wordpress’s twenty ten theme framework. I want to transform it to twenty eleven theme which is HTML5 supportive.
Please tell me how can I initiate n convert theme step by step.
