Transferring to new server?

I moved my site to a new server, and everything went fine with the databases, plugins, media content, etc, but this theme can’t seem to remember its configurations.

I imported all the files, activated all the plugins, but it still just shows all the demo content on my website instead of the stuff I set up on my previous server.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what could be going wrong? I can’t seem to figure it out.
