transferring images from media library to theme page

  • I have 6 images in library that I want to place on theme under heading. At the moment they are in position, but appear as red crosses in a white box. Any suggestions?

  • The red crosses indicate that the URL to the image is not correct. Check to make sure the URL’s actually point to the images.

    This may sound stupid, but when you say point to URL’s, what is the process to make this happen. I am not a computer whiz.

    How did you put the images in the page/post? Did you use the built-in WP editor? If so, it may be easiest to edit the page, delete the current pics with the red x, and re-insert from the media library.
