Transferred WP installation to a new server asks new install.

  • Hi,
    I tried to transfer a wp installation to a new server: copied the whole folder to the new location, exported and re-imported the database to the new server with phpmyadmin, changed accordingly config.php, but when I access the site I get the new installation window.
    I did transfers many time, and this is the first time I got this problem.
    Please help!!! ??
