Transferred to new domain – stopped tracking transaction amount

Hi there,
I wonder if anyone can help me.
This plugin has been working well until I had to transfer the website to a new domain name after rebranding. Everything is working fine with taking orders etc and I have changed the configuration in Google Analytics to match the new domain.
It is tracking each order. However, the transaction amount remains £0.00 for all new orders. Has anybody any experience in this? Does anybody know what it could be? Im stumped!
