Transfer/Export posts from ONE USER on a blog to my new blog

I guest posted for a few months at SayAnythingBlog.com and got roughly 200 posts on that site under my own username, Sphagnum. Doing this inspired me to create my own blog and have hence done so at PeatBog.net My question is if there is any way to export the posts that I guest posted and import them back into my new blog. I only want the posts that I authored, however, so it would only be for the one user name. Is this possible without having to do so manually?
