Transfered blog to new domain and lost all my recipes!

I’ve just changed my blog name and URL and transferred all my old posts over to the new site, however I’ve lost all my recipes! I’ve reinstalled the plugin but they have all disappeared. Is there anyway to resolve this? Devastated!
