Transfer WordPress Site ti another host

one thing you can do is to revert your changes and try again.There are many ways to move a site, there are plugins too

I compressed all webfile in file manager and the download the mysql data base. and i upload these file to a new server. this is bit heavy site. thats why im not using the plugins. i edit the wpconfig.php and i edit mysql data base file. i edit all old link to a my new link. but still site redirect to a old domain.

1.how did you edit your sql file?
2.is there a htaccess from your old site in the new ?
3.any other kind of redirect plugin, cache plugin?

I edit the sql file in phpmyadmin.. i edit only latest url in wp-option.
and i don’t use any redirect plugin or something like that.
but my old site htaccess file is in the new hosting server.

you have to replace all the urls in your database as explained here
