Transfer wordpress site from plesk to cpanel

I am transferring a wordpress blog site from plesk to cpanel. I have manually transferred the files and the database.

The theme has transferred over fine but I am getting the following error message:

No Page Found
Sorry, but you are looking for an archive that isn’t here.

Al the titles of the entries appear down the side of the page in the menu, but when you click on them it takes you back to the original site. I currently have the information sitting on a /~username location until the problem has been rectified before I point the domain to this new location.
