Transfer theme settings

  • Hi there,

    I have the free theme version installed and think about upgrading to pro. Will all my settings be automatically tranfered after installation of the new version, do I need to take special steps, or do I have to start all over?

    yes Customizr and Customizr-Pro share the same set of basic options, but
    1) due to how wordpress is done, when upgrading to Customizr-Pro (which is a “new” theme) you have to set again the menu. Not build it up, just set it as the main theme menu. And you have to put again widgets in the widget areas
    2) Featured Pages. Since Customizr-Pro embeds Featured Pages Unlimited, you should set the featured pages option again.
