    First I want to thank you for the latest update.
    The refferal option is great!

    I hope you can help with the following problem, I think I can not find the solution. I have created two types of points. Awarding points going well. But when users want to do a transfer that can only with one type of points. In the settings I have both options enabled. Point type 1 transfers with no problem. points type 2 gives the message that there is not enough balance while there is enough.

    What am I doing wrong? please help!

    Hi.

    In order for a point type to show up for transfers the following conditions have to be met:

    1. You are not excluded from using a certain point type.
    2. You have more than zero points.

    Go to each point types settings page and check under “Core” to see if you have selected to exclude admins or if your User ID is in the exclude list.

    A quick way to check if you are excluded from using a specific point type is by going to your Users page in your WordPress admin area. Find your account in the list and see if your point balance column shows your balance or if it says “Excluded”. If it says “Excluded” then this point type will not be available in your transfer form.
