Transfer my WordPress Multisite to another directory

Hi I have just transferred my multisite from a directory /new-website/ to the main directory /

The main site works and I can login but the other multisites dont.

Both /shop/ and /members-area/ don’t load any css nor do they allow access to the wp-admin

I have followed the instructions online

Changing the databases:
wp_options
wp_site:
wp_sitemeta
wp_blogs
and wp-options for all the other sites.

I have also edited the wp-config.php and .htaccess

It simply shows the page with no css and I cann’t login to wp-admin.

has anyone had this problem before? and got any ideas.
