Transfer from WP Shortcodes

When I created my blog, I used the wordpress recipe shortcodes to include recipes within each post. Now that I’ve switched to Recipe Maker, I’m seeing no easy way to transfer those recipes, aside from manually entering them (and I have over 100 so far). Is something in the works, or something I’m just missing? Would greatly appreciate your help with this.
