Transfer followers from one self hosted site to another

Hi, is there a way of transferring my blog email subscribers from one site to another please? They’re both mine — https://www.traceyupchurch.com and https://www.tupchurch.com.
I want to move the old traceyupchurch.com followers to new tupchurch.com.
