Transfer fee to paypal as fee instead of increased product price

    Hello,

    i really like the plugin! Great stuff ?? Only one thing is a bit annoying:
    Example
    My product costs 10, Shipping is 5. Total is 15. The paypal fee is calculated perfectly (1,9% +0,35ct). Once i hit the “order now” button and get redirected to paypal, the surcharge is added to the product price instead of being an extra line item. This is misleading for the customer from my point of view.
    Can this behaviour be changed?
