    Hello,

I’m trying to transfer our site from our previous hosting company (Strato), but i keep getting error:

“Transfer Failed Due To Database Error!
The most common reason for such failure is if you have a large table or database that cannot be dumped for the purposes of this migration. If that is the case you may not be able to use the auto-mirgator. If you believe the problem is elsewhere, such as temporary MySQL connectivity issue, you may restart the transfer.”

Would be great to get some support on how to resolve this, if that is possible.

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I am afraid that we have little to no control over your other hosting environment. It seems that the database dumping process is timing out due to some limit. Please, contact your old host support for additional assistance on that matter. I would recommend performing a database cleanup and optimization too in order to lower its size.
