Transfer failed, cURL error 28

    I’m in the process of migrating my site to a new domain. I’ve backed up the original site and entered the WPvivid Key details. After clicking the “Clone then Transfer” button on the original site, I get “Transfer failed, cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”. How can I fix this? The new site is ready to receive the files from the originating site.
