Transfer error & NO technical support.

I bought this premium plugin and every time I transfer my files it got stuck at 22% or 95%. I tried even uploading thru FTP and it doesn’t work.
So, I asked technical support by email for several days but their Support email account is not active. I even sent an inquiry to other email I had in the purchase confirmation email. However, NO REPLY.
I sent a final email requesting REFUND, but still no reply.
This is a terrible experience. So, I am going to contact my credit card company for refund.
