Is there a reason when I export my entire WooCommerce site to an sql file with phpMyadmin, I loose the following. I have transferred sites before and they come over as an exact duplicate on my local host:
Product publish dates (show as today when imported)
Products have to be imported separately
    Menus missing
    Product category images

  • Hey there @bloke,

There can be many reasons why trying to duplicate your site into a local install could cause some errors.

We can’t really provide support for entire site migrations since it’s not a Woo specific issue, but I can provide you guide to get you on the right track to creating a duplicate local site.

I’d recommend you follow this guide to duplicate your site using a duplicator plugin:

    https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-clone-a-wordpress-site-in-7-easy-steps/

Can you please try to duplicate your site using this method and see if all the data is transferred?

I figured it out. For some reason my local site was using a different prefix for the tables. I had two sets of tables on my server. I looked at a page and found its ID and compared them.

Glad to hear that you were able to figure this one out!

If you’ll have any other questions, please feel free to create a new thread.

    Thanks.
