transfer data with post method from one page to another

Hi everybody,

i’m working since several hours on a problem. I want to send data from a form into a php script on the same page using the post method.

Whatever i do, I get always a site not found error message:

Has anybody a script, a template or whatever where a php script/command is beeing executed using data which was send using the post method within wordpress? I would be really, really thankful if anybody could provide me such a sample. A simple calculation would be enough for me to see how this post method thing works. I have tried many different ways in the last past hours and no one worked.

This seems to be a wordpress problem, because outside of wordpress this php basic is no problem. The wordpress installation is local on xampp.
