Transcripts for 3CX Live Chat Plugin

    Hi there! I have the 3CX Live Chat Plugin installed on my WordPress site and I have a few different agents who work on the live chat. I would like the transcripts emailed to a few people who are not agents. Is there a way for the transcripts to go to other (non-agent) emails?

    Hi @sarahkcomms ,
    3CX Live chat plugin doesn’t support that functionality. You may achieve that with an email which will be targeted to an email list , you can check for that configuration with your email provider.
