Sorry about the delay in replying to you here – can you confirm if you have enabled Enhanced eCommerce in your settings?

WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Google Analytics > Enhanced eCommerce > Enable Enhanced eCommerce

Also, on that setting page, if you confirm which options you have uncheck, this will help.

After this, confirm you’ve enabled the details in your Google Analytics account as shown here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/#section-2
