    Hi,

    Some, or most of our transactions are not being caught and registered by our Google Analytics and Facebook pixel trackers. Is there a solution for this? Thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out regarding with your Google Analytics and Facebook pixel concern.

    First of all, may I know what information is not showing in your trackers?
    Every customer or visitor information and behaviour on your website should show up on your trackers if it is properly set up.

    For troubleshooting, you can try to re-install Google Analytics and Facebook pixel on your WordPress properly again as we don’t have any known issue regarding our plugin affecting such trackers.

    You may reach to your web developer or check some tutorials to make sure that your Google Analytics and Facebook pixel is set up properly.

    Hi Rod,

    The completed transactions are not showing up properly (our WooCommerce dashboard shows 100 completed transactions while GA shows about 15), is it possible to set up redirects on your platform after a user completes a payment? The issue is that, after they complete the checkout process, their successful transaction/purchase is not recorded in our tracker. We’re concerned about the huge drop-off.

    Hi keithem2018,

    Based on Google, if the checkout experience redirects a user to the Order/Thank You page, it should work. Our plugin does that.

    Please check this WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration to see if your Google Analytics plugin is properly installed following the integration process.
