    Thank you for contacting us!

    Our plugin is designed in a way to track the data only once from the “thank you” page. Reloading the Thank you page will not send data twice in your analytics account

    We did a quick look of your store & found that you are not facing the similar issue as others. We found some other Google Analytics with Enhanced Ecommerce Tracking (same functionality as our plugin) plugin on your store so all the events & tracking captured twice in your analytics account & due to that, you are getting double quantities in GA.

    We request you to use any one plugin which meets to your requirements. After disabling any plugin, verify the data again for next couple of days.
