• Hi there.

Are there any pre-made transactional email templates that work with woocommerce and can be redesigned with the Drag & Drop Builder?

    Hi Fwlw,

Thank you for contacting the Sendinblue Customer Care team!

We do have premade templates that you can customize to suit your business aesthetic and needs! You can see our gallery of templates by going to My templates > Create a new template > Template Gallery, and choosing the template you would like to build off of. All of these can be edited on the Drag and Drop editor.

You can also customize the data that is populated with Woocommerce by following this parameters guide for Woocommerce order confirmations: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006850600

And this article for Woocommerce abandoned cart emails: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005797539-WooCommerce-Recover-Abandoned-Carts

This article also has more information in general about creating emails for Woocommerce specifically: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/209840305-Creating-Email-Templates-for-WooCommerce-Orders

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.

    Kind regards,
    Sendinblue Customer Care

Ok. Thanks. But transactional templates that could be used as a base would help so much. so the user would just need to add the logo and adjust some colors, …

    Another feature request:
It would help a lot if we could save styles.
Let’s say we create a style for one brand and have saved there (button styles, font styles, text-styles, colors). So when you create a new template you can pick a style and then when you add the button you don’t have to adjust font style, color, padding, …. each time. that would save so much time and avoid team members mixup colors, or pixel, … this is solved better in Mailchimp.
Is there anything like that coming in the future?
