Transactional emails to export personal data and erase personal data do not work

    The 4 transactional emails to export personal data and erase personal data do not work, it is assumed that if you modify them, the wordpress automatics also have to be modified and deactivate or activate them does not work either.
    I do not know if in addition to these 4, there are more emails that do not work.

    Thanks for your message.

    The intended behaviour is indeed to override the default notifications.
    Let me do some testing and see if I recreate the issue.

    Hi @neoset,
    I’ve now gone through and tested each of the data request and data erase notifications and with the exception of a couple of shortcodes that aren’t being output correctly (which I’ll fix for the next version), I can see the notifications in BNFW are overriding the default WordPress notifications as expected.

    It’s possible another plugin is causing a conflict somewhere on your site. Please can you make your way through this document and let me know how you get on?
