    Hi,

    We are using your plugin for 1 year and it’s a great plugin. But suddenly we are getting an issue – after successful payment customers are entering 12 digits transaction ID starting with 3 correctly, but the plugin is showing the error “Please enter a valid Transaction / UTR / Reference ID and try again.” Please help us to solve this issue ASAP.

    I have changed UPI Transaction ID: Show Input Field and It’s working now. I did it temporarily and waiting for an update from the developer.

    Go to Woocommerce > Settings > Payments > UPI QR Code Payment on UPI Transaction ID: select Show Input Field and click on save changes.

    I have noticed that the payment is accepted even when a random 12 digit UTR number is entered without actually sending the payment. The payment status shows as ‘hold’, but the order is marked as successfully completed after typing in the wrong UTR number.

    I believe this is a bug and request that it be fixed. Thank you.
