Transaction Results Page Empty

  • Hi,

    I have been developing my shop for many weeks and have finally got it working how I want using a PayPal Sandbox test account. I am ready to go live so I switched the settings in the store payments tab for PayPal Standard to Live and supplied my Live PayPal account email.

    To make sure it was all OK in Live, I tried a few test purchases. Everything worked as expected, except that when returning to my site after a purchase, the Transaction Results page is empty!

    I have made sure that all the settings in my live PayPal account correspond to the settings I had in my test account.

    I switched back to test and tried a purchase and the Transaction Results page was fine. The problem is only in my live PayPal environment.

    Any suggestions as to what I might have missed?

    I’m on WordPress 3.9.1 and wp-ecommerce 3.8.14.1
