Transaction not working

  • Hi,

    I have installed Enhanced Ecommerce in a website using Google Tag Manager.

    In GA I’m seeing data about enhanced ecommerce and tags trigger in the Data Layer but I can’t see ALL THE TRANSACTION customer do on site. Only of them are reported on GA and sometimes the figure are not the same.

    How can I solve this problem?

    Hi Simone,

    I can not access your GDoc but generally if you see some transactions but not all of them then this might be because of any of these:
    – an online palyment gateway not forcing the user to get back to your order received page
    – a customized thank you page for any payment method
    – ad blocker in user’s browser
    – any blocking by the browser itself (like Firefox)
