Transaction Failed

I have been using your plugin on a client’s website of mine for a couple of years now without any issues. As of lately, however, transactions have been failing and customers are getting this error message, “Transaction Failed. 300-Your account is not set up to use the Customer Vault. REFID:2440971815.” If someone could please help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
