• Hello! a client told me that after click on “Confirmation Order” was not redirect to stripe checkout page and got an error.
    Where can i check error log for this order?
    Under WooCommerce > Status > Log i can’t see it and order is pending now

    Do you have ‘Debug Log’ option from YITH WooCommerce Stripe settings activated?
    Please, take a look here.

    In the order notes of the order details sometimes appears if the customer has an error. Check out also just in case;)

    Please, could you tell me which type of error do you see after you click on “Confirmation order” In this way we can see if the problem is due to an error on Stripe.
