    Hi Nilesh

    We are getting two conflicting messages when returning back to the merchant site. The woocommerce site shows the thank you page

    Thank you. Your order has been received.

    But just below that we see an error possibly related to the plugin/ ccavenue integration.

    Thank you for shopping with us.However,the transaction has been declined.

    We did try the live url instead of the sandbox but same results.

    Is there a way to enable logs for your plugin?
    Could it be a possible configuration issue?

    Any other pointers.

    Same issue with my site (bccfalna.com) too. I am using WooCommerce and I have 3 PG. Instamojo and PayUMoney are working fine but CCAvenue is just giving me same error that means, the PAYMENT successful but ORDER doesn’t Completed.

    What to Do?

    Same issue here, looking for a solution

    After a LONG Discussion with CCAvenue Official Plugin Team, finally I got the SOLUTION.

    Actually the issue is due to Version Miss-match between WooCommerce and CCAvenue Plugin. If you downgrade to WooCommerce 2.6.1, it may start working fine.

    But I was not agree to DOWNGRADE, so they allowed me their beta version of Official CCAvenue Plugin which is for being developed for WooCommerce 3.x.x Versions.

    Since, it’s still in beta, it may have issues but currently it’s working fine for my site.

    If any issue occur, I will inform them and downgrade back to OLD VERSION of CCAvenue Plugin but I think, it should work.

    yes i too face the same issue with this plugin. but ccavenue offcial third party plugin doesnot support PHP7.

    This is the PLUGIN working fine for my site and this PLUGIN was installed on my site from CCAvenue Customer Support Team, but I do not use PHP7. So, no IDEA about PHP7 about if it is working for.

    Am also facing same problem. I asked CCAvenue Customer Support Team but they don’t have beta version. Can you please send me beta version of Official CCAvenue Plugin to my email address [email protected]
