    Hi,

    I installed plugin paypal plus for woocommerce and followed the video what to do. The check out worked well. I received confirmation from the website that they payment process is done but the problem is that the money was not transferred to my account. In my website everything shows fine without any problem. Today I called paypal and they said there is a problem with the plugin in the website. What should I do? I have lost customers and money. I do not know what to do next. Please kindly help me asap.

    Hello freshta,

    our PayPal Plus plugin don’t have any access to your transactions. If a client transferred money to your paypal account you need to ask PayPal again. Sorry but we dont have any access to any PayPal accounts. Our plugin show an PayPal iFrame of payments methods nothing more.

    Can you please check if your PayPal email in the paypalplus settings is correct. Sometimes is could takes time. What payment method choose your client to pay you.

    When all worked well you will a PayPal transaction number when you have a look at the order as admin. Do you see any transaction number?

    Hi,

    The client payed with credit card. I called paypal. They said that there is something wrong with my settings. The money was not transferred to my account at all but I got confirmation from the website that the transaction is complete. Paypal said there is an error with the paypal plugin settings. Maybe something went wrong with setting of it or sandbox or some numbers. I do not know what to do next. What can go wrong. I did everything exactly the same explained in the video. It even confirmed for the client that the payment is done but the payment was not out of his bank account.

    There is something wrong with the setting I guess. I even contacted my website provider they said I need to contact paypal plus plugin. Can you kindly have a look at this and give me some advice what to do next.

    Hello freshta,

    I replied you on jan 5, 2018

    if an account is required or not is a part of PayPal’s Policy. We don’t have any access to this behavior. Can you please ask PayPal why they show sometimes a register option when your clients try to pay with credit card.

    At the moment, PayPal Plus is only available for customers having their registered office in Germany. Nonetheless, international transactions works. Customers not being in Germany can only choose between the payment methods PayPal and Credit card.

    Please understand PayPal Plus has been made for the german market but you can use it in sweden too.
