Tranquility White width

  • Hi,

    Could anyone offer any advice on how to change the width of the main column of the Tranquility White theme.

    I’d like to decrease the width of the main column as I feel it’s too wide for easy reading. I’ve managed to do this with a number of other themes but can’t figure out how to do it with this one.

  • It looks like you need to apply some width information on the .post class. Try something like 80% and go from there.

    Or you could apply a larger right margin on the #content division — it currently is 260px, which sets it 40px to the left of the 220px #menu division, which is floated to the right. That would leave a bigger margin between the two, but would make the main #content division narrower.

    Make sense?
