Training not to respond to multiple areas of activity, or to respond with a stan

    How can I train the chat when “Embeddings+Completion” is set to only answer questions that are related to the scope of work on my site? For example…we are in the business of selling organic products. Is there a possibility that the chat can only answer questions about health, wellness, healthy eating. If someone asks a question about politics, music, mathematics… things that are not related to my activity, can the chat answer with a standard message? For example: “I’m sorry, this site is about selling organic products. Please rephrase the question!” I’ve tried to create FAQ entries for it. but it doesn’t always do it, and the fields for which I should make such entries are in the hundreds. Isn’t there a simpler way?

    Yes you can put that instruction in additional context field.

    When “Use Embeddings” is checked, “Additional context” is unchecked and closed. It can only be checked in “Use Excerpt” mode.

    Additional context is enabled for embeddings too in latest version.
