Trailing Slash Missing on URL

We’ve got Polylang set up and running, but got an issue with the canonical urls missing a trailing slash.
When on the home page (https://www.cmykreative.com), you’ll see the canonical url is being set to:
https://www.cmykreative.com/en
It should have a trailing slash on the end to become:
https://www.cmykreative.com/en/
Where/how does this get added or changed to add the trailing slash?
