Traffic Plugin

  • Is anyone aware of a plugin for automatically presenting (auto) traffic conditions either as a post or in the sidebar?

  • traffic as in roads or as in visitors?

    I’m assuming the (auto) traffic means automobile traffic, as in roads.

    If you can find a source of the traffic reports that is in RSS form, you could easily incorporate either as a post or in the sidebar using a variety of plugins. Otherwise, if you point to an example source, perhaps someone could suggest a specific way of coding it in.

    @resiny, as in roads. part of the reason for this thread, every query i put together returns visitor or network traffic.

    @miklb, don’t have any specific auto examples. in concept, it would be similiar to how weather is handled on many sites.

    as for the rss approach, what plugins would you recommend?
