In my JetPack statics I am seeing a page that users are visiting called “MailPoet Page”–but when I click on the listing link to go to it I see a blank page with the shortcode [mailpoet_page] on it.

Is this normal or are people attempting to subscribe and failing in some way?

    Thanks,

    –Darin

  • Hi!

Could you check if you added that page in MailPoet -> Settings -> Basics or if there’s a different page added in there?

There must be also a “Preview” link you can click on that section, click on it and let us know if the code renders.

    Hi,

I don’t see any sort of preview button. I copied the URL and logged out and then went to that URL and it looks the same–with the shortcode visible.

Looking at the settings/basic section, it looks like Manage Subscription and Unsubscribe are both set to this page. isn’t there a default text for both or do I need to do something custom?

    Hi there Darin,

It’s expected to see MailPoet Page for the Manage Subscription page and Unsubscribe page in the settings if you didn’t create customer pages.

If you click Preview next to them, do you see the content?

If you see it, then they work properly ??

    Cheers!
