I have installed sitekit, but it (and analytics) is reporting barely any traffic, like just a few sessions per month.
However I can see from google search console that my site is getting hundreds of clicks per month.
Why is this not showing in analytics.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @lordsnake ,

Thanks for opening a support topic.

By inspecting your site I can see few errors in the browser console that might be the hurdle for reporting Analytics stats from service dashboard. It might be related to Lite Speed Cache as minification of Site Kit assets may restrict Site Kit dashboards to collect data from service dashboard.

Are you seeing any error in the browser console while visiting Site Kit primary dashboard?

To go more deeply please feel free to share your Site Health information via form privately so we can inspect your setup.

    Have a great weekend ??

it’s not just on the dashboard, it’s the same if I login to google analytics.
So it is as though the analytics code is not working properly.

I run multiple sites and I use litespeed cache on all of them, but the others are working fine.

The only thing that has changed recently is that I switched to site kit from another solution.

    Hello @lordsnake ,

Thanks for sharing Site Health information.

Can you please disable Lite Speed Cache for a while & visit the site while you are not logged-in? In the meantime please check if you can see real-time traffic within Analytics?

I believe I have nailed it down to the localisation setting in LSCACHE.
After disabling this, I am starting to see traffic
